Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and mobile number. When you list a property, we collect the property details, photos, documents, and location you provide. We also collect basic usage information to keep the service secure and working.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the marketplace: to publish your listings, connect buyers with sellers, process payments, verify listings, and communicate important account and transaction updates.

Contact details and privacy

A seller's phone number and a property's exact address are kept private and are only shared with a buyer after that buyer unlocks the listing. We do not display seller contact numbers publicly.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate the service (for example, with our payment processor) or when required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from within the app: open the account menu and choose Delete Account, or visit bhoomiverse.in/settings/delete-account.

Deleting your account removes your profile, name, contact details, property listings, photos, documents, and saved properties, and disables your login. Payment and transaction records are retained in anonymized form (containing no personal data) for accounting and legal compliance, and can no longer be linked to you.

Data we share with third parties

Payments are processed by Razorpay, which receives the information needed to complete a transaction. Authentication and data storage are provided by Supabase. Transactional emails are sent via our email provider. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
